As soon as the team receives your request form the search will begin. We have a multi-lingual team in the office and work with local partners around the world to ensure that we add local knowledge to every proposal; so it won’t take long to put together a short list that has been tailored to your needs.
We can work with any budget and will always make sure that you get the best rates available. Once a shortlist has been created we’ll send an initial proposal over to you and arrange a briefing call so we can answer all of your questions.
Having collected a full brief for your event you will be assigned a project manager who will work with you throughout the process. Once the shortlist has been reduced down to the final one or two your project manager will begin the process of negotiation with your chosen venues and organise a site-visit if necessary. A site visit allows you to see beyond the marketing photos and get a real feel for the individual character of each venue.
Autograph will continue to support throughout the negotiation process and, if required, will manage the contract reading to make sure that you have the best rates and all necessary conditions included. Throughout the process you have the option to contact the venues directly and can make the final booking direct with the venue should you wish.
We will never charge you a fee for creating a proposal or contract negotiation and there will be no mark up on the price of your venue booking.
Our involvement doesn’t have to end once you’ve found your venue. The Autograph Events team has a wealth of experience in producing events of all sizes around the world. We can continue to work with the venue and any local suppliers to give you a single point of contact as you work towards the event.
